Bartending
Lean on us for a full-service solution ensuring your guests savor every moment. Bold’s bartending service is the perfect pairing to go alongside your catering package!
Our bartending service will extend up to 5 hours (additional time will be an additional $3/person per hour). If the event is a wedding, our bar service will begin only after the ceremony is over. For guest safety purposes, service will stop 30 minutes prior to the end of the event (no “last call” will be announced).
Our bartenders will place a tip jar on the bar along with a link to a venmo tip fund to allow your guests to tip freely throughout the event. If you’d like to discuss alternate tipping options please inquire with us.
If you are planning on having the bar move locations at any time during the event there will be a one time $75 fee. Service will stop for a period of up to 10 minutes to allow our bartenders time to move supplies safely.
• Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service if they deem it necessary
• For safety and liability purposes, no “shots” will be allowed. All liquor must be served with ice
• For speed of service, we recommend pre-making or “batching” specialty cocktails
• We strongly recommend bringing empty coolers as all remaining alcohol with go with the client at the end of the event unless alternative accommodations are made or required with the venue
Packages
*All packages include liquor liability insurance coverage. All alcohol to be provided by client or outside vendor.
All bartenders are TIPS certified. 1 TIPS certified bartender will be provided per 75 guests ($400 minimum).
Beer & Wine
This is the perfect option if you plan to serve beer and wine ONLY at your event & have everything you need.
Includes: bartender(s), bar table & tablecloth, disposable 9 oz wine cups, beverage napkins, and beer/wine openers. The client is required to provide any other necessary supplies such as coolers, ice, etc. If it comes in a can or bottle, this is the package for you!
Standard
A great option if you’re serving liquor as well as beer & wine and have everything you need.
Includes: bartender(s), bar table & tablecloth, disposable 9 oz wine/mixed drink cups, beverage napkins, bar utensils (wine key, spill mat, stir spoons, etc.). The client will be required to provide other necessary supplies such as mixers, pre-cut garnishes, ice, and coolers.

Just bring the booze, we got the rest! Includes: everything from the standard package plus we will provide the coolers, ice, and an agreed upon list of mixers and garnishes. Choose any 9 of the listed mixers and any 3 of the garnishes (Add-ons are $1/person for each additional mixer or garnish).
